Unless defective, Items returned must be in the same condition as it was purchased.

BICYCLES

We want you to be happy with your new bicycle. The type of bicycle and size can make a big difference in your comfort. Please let us know if it doesn't feel right. We want you to ride and enjoy your new bike. Even though we would like to adjust it or exchange it for another bike so you can enjoy it, we don't want you to keep something that you don't want so you can always return it for a refund.

If you would like to return something you purchased from us, you can either return it to our store or ship it back to us.

If you would like to return it to our store please bring your receipt with you to expedite the return. If the receipt is unavailable we would be happy to attempt to look it up for you if you can provide us with the information needed to look it up

If you would like to return your purchase by shipping it back to us please be aware that to expedite the return we suggest prior authorization for the return so that the return can be processed quickly for you. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). If it is our fault we will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise or we will provide you with a prepaid label. If the return is not our fault you will be responsible for any shipping charegs incurred. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or email.
